Who we are

These terms cover your use of https://royaleedge.win and the RoyaleEdge features available through it. Anything shown to you at checkout also applies to that purchase. Nothing in these terms removes rights the law gives you that can't be excluded.
The service
RoyaleEdge provides sports information and analysis: statistics, historical hit rates, matchup grades, odds-related calculators, parlay chances, arbitrage comparisons and the Crown Rewards leaderboard, for the leagues shown in the app. Some features use labelled demo (example) numbers; real, live numbers depend on the plan you have and on which leagues have a live data feed connected.
RoyaleEdge does not accept or place bets, run betting accounts, hold money for bets or pay winnings. Any bet you place with a bookmaker is a separate agreement with that bookmaker, under its rules and the laws that apply to you.
Our analysis is information, not a promise. A hit rate, probability, value estimate or arbitrage calculation does not guarantee a winning result, and you can lose the whole amount of any bet. Please read the Analysis and Data Disclaimer and Responsible Gambling Policy.
Who can use RoyaleEdge
You must be at least 18, and older if the law where you are sets a higher age. Don't use RoyaleEdge where it's prohibited, or to get around age, location or gambling restrictions. That our website can be reached from your country does not mean gambling, or any bookmaker, is lawful there. Our registration in Iceland does not authorise gambling-related activity elsewhere in Europe or in any US state.
Your account
You need a free account to use the app. Give accurate details, keep your login private, and tell us quickly at [Support email] if you think someone else has accessed your account. Don't sell, transfer or share your access. You're responsible for what's done with your account with your permission; this doesn't make you responsible for problems caused by our own failure to meet our legal duties.
What you may do with the service
You may use RoyaleEdge for your own lawful research. Reselling access, redistributing our content commercially or extracting data in bulk needs our written permission, unless the law allows it. Our software, analysis, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. League, team, player and bookmaker names, logos and data belong to their owners; showing them does not mean they sponsor or endorse RoyaleEdge.
Plans and payment
Pro and Royale are paid subscriptions. The price, billing period, included features and renewal terms shown before you buy apply, together with our Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy. A feature described as coming later, or a league whose live feed isn't connected yet, is not included in a purchase unless the order says so.
Availability and changes
Data feeds and features can be interrupted by maintenance, supplier problems, security work or events outside our control. We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we can't promise it will always be available or cover every event, market, player or league.
We may make reasonable changes to the service. If a change materially reduces a paid plan during a period you've paid for, we'll tell you and give you the cancellation, refund or other remedy the law requires. We won't use these terms to take paid features away without a fair remedy.
Suspending or closing accounts
We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of unlawful use, a serious breach of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, a security threat or unpaid charges. Where practical and lawful we'll explain why and give you a chance to put it right; urgent protective action may be immediate. You can challenge a restriction at [Support email]. Any refund due is assessed under our billing policy and the law, not automatically forfeited.
You can stop using RoyaleEdge at any time. To stop a subscription renewing, go to Account and press Cancel subscription. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription — cancel first, or ask us to do both.
Responsibility
You make your own betting decisions and must check the event, market, price, your eligibility and the bookmaker's settlement rules before placing a bet. We don't reimburse a losing bet just because our analysis didn't predict the result.
To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for losses caused only by a bookmaker or other third party, or for losses that weren't foreseeable. We don't exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer remedy that the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
Complaints, law and changes to these terms
Contact [Support email] with any complaint (see Complaints). You can also go to a regulator, a dispute-resolution body or a court. These terms are governed by Icelandic law, but you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, including in the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland and US states. You don't have to give up your right to go to court, and there's no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.
When we update these terms we'll change the effective date and, for material changes, tell you in advance where required. Changes don't take away rights you've already gained, and where a change needs your agreement we'll ask for it rather than rely on you continuing to use the service.
